We like to keep things simple:

Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, in the order they’re received. We ship at least 3 days a week, excluding Sundays.

Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:

USPS Ground Advantage – affordable, includes tracking and $100 insurance

USPS Priority Mail – typically faster, includes tracking and $100 insurance

UPS Ground – reliable, especially for larger orders

Your exact rates are calculated in real-time at checkout to give you the best combination of cost and speed, based on your location and order weight.

Military Addresses
Yes - we proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. These are treated as domestic shipments, but delivery times may vary depending on military mail handling.

Tracking & Notifications
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If something seems off, just reach out—we’re small enough to respond fast.
